Monochrome Style with Edie
Today I wore my Edie boots and received a lot of comments on my outfit, so I thought I would share with you my style tips for the Edie boot! We have had a few questions come in from customers saying that they just love the Edie boot but are cautious on styling them.
In today's outfit, I teamed up the Edie boots with a monochrome outfit - my Demi Lune bag from A.P.C and my trusty James coat from Sezane - both black and both classic. Clothing wise, I wore my mom jeans, which are a worn black (very much in need of replacing) and a grey t shirt. I did also wear a bright pink knitted jumper tucked in to my jeans for a real pop of colour, but it was so hot, this ended up staying in the car!
The Edie boots will go with nearly all shades of denim and all cuts - a top tip is to ensure the bottom of the jeans are sitting on top of the boot - even with a bit of ankle showing - as this is a lot more feminine and gives real shape to your outfit... whilst showing off your boots!
The weather was super wet today and the streets were pretty gross - I just wiped my boots down at the end of the day with a damp cloth, and they look as good as new.
