PERSONALISED BOOTS*
Personalised boots require up to 7 working days to be stamped as this is done so by hand. Boots will then be dispatched as above, but please allow the additional time for the monogramming.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you
- Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed, packed, and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our peak periods.
- We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of customs delays for our international customers
CUSTOMS AND DUTY
Please note that orders made outside of the UK may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As A.C.Hare has no control over these charges, any additional import taxes and duty fees must be borne by the customer.
SALES TAX (VAT or GST)
For shipments to countries outside of the UK you are responsible for the payment of any eventual VAT or GST as stipulated by each country’s regulation.
RETURNS
Christmas shopping Returns - we are extending ours returns period to 11 January 2025 to facilitate
If you would like to return or exchange something, then please fill out the form provided on the back of your invoice and post your unwanted item back to us (within 14 days of receiving the goods) using the sticky address label located on the returns form. - Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for returns. Please do not forget to indicate your requirements so that we can help you out as quickly as possible.
We are unable to accept the return of any products that have been worn, so please be careful when trying on your boots. Unfortunately, bespoke / personalised boots cannot be returned. We recommend trying the boots on indoors, on carpet, in order to preserve the soles.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable.
If you have lost your invoice, please write a covering letter detailing the order number and whether you would like an exchange/refund. If you have lost your receipt, we are only able to offer the most recent price.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear on your credit/debit card from the date we receive the return. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been refunded any amount.
The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us. The cost of returning any unwanted items to us is not paid for by A.C.Hare.
SALE ITEMS:
Sale items can be returned within a 7-day period from the date of delivery.
