Instead of bulky procedures, rules and regulations, we have a process which is a simple as we could get it. .
If your order is wrong or faulty:
Send us an email letting us know - we will reply ASAP and send the right item out to you via courier and give you 10% off your next order.
If you want to change or return something:
Send the unworn boots or product back to us within 14 days. Simply fill in the returns form sent out to you with your order and pop to your local post office and send your boots walking!
